These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

KayaSuddhi is operated by KayaSuddhi Wellness, an Indian entity with its registered office at P NO-2 S/F, B-BLK, KH NO-505, Old Rosha Road, Najafgarh, New Delhi, Delhi 110043, India.

2. Eligibility
To purchase from kayasuddhi.in you must be:
- At least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under supervision of a parent or legal guardian
- Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law
3. Account creation
You may create an account to make purchases easier. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products and information
We try to present our products as accurately as possible — including ingredients, dosage, claims, and pricing. However:
- Product images are for illustration; the actual product packaging may differ
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your device
- Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice

5. Pricing and payment
- All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
- Free shipping above orders of ₹499; below ₹499 a shipping fee applies (see Shipping Policy)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) carries an additional ₹30 fee
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders priced incorrectly
6. Order acceptance and confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Reasons for declining include:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- Inability to ship to your delivery address
- Order quantity beyond reasonable retail volumes
If we decline an order after payment has been received, we will refund the full amount within 7–10 business days.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product packaging, designs, and blog posts — is owned by KayaSuddhi or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The KayaSuddhi name and logo are trademarks of KayaSuddhi Wellness.
10. User conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data
- Post offensive, defamatory, or misleading content in reviews or communications
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Resell our products without prior written authorisation
11. Reviews and user content
If you submit a product review or any other content to the Site, you grant KayaSuddhi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, display, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose, including marketing.
You confirm that any content you submit:
- Is your own original work
- Does not violate anyone else's rights
- Does not contain offensive or misleading material
We may moderate, edit, or remove user content at our discretion.
12. Health disclaimer
KayaSuddhi products are food supplements and Ayurvedic preparations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on our Site is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, lactating, on prescription medication, or managing a chronic condition.

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Indian law (such as fraud or gross negligence).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KayaSuddhi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
17. Dispute resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at contact@kayasuddhi.in to attempt to resolve the issue. We commit to responding within 7 business days and working with you in good faith to reach a resolution.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
