We deliver KayaSuddhi products to addresses across India. This page explains shipping rates, delivery timelines, COD availability, and tracking.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at launch.
You can check pin-code serviceability at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, please email us at care@kayasuddhi.in — we may be able to arrange delivery via an alternate partner.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional ₹30 COD fee. COD is available on all orders up to ₹3,000.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, regional restrictions, public holidays, or courier service constraints.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day
- Order processing typically takes 1 working day before dispatch
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation when your order is processed and dispatched.
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email with the tracking link and AWB number
- An SMS with the same tracking link
- A WhatsApp message (if you opted in) with real-time updates
You can also track any order by logging into your account at kayasuddhi.in/account.
Our shipping partners
We work with India's most reliable shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Shiprocket (multi-courier aggregator)
- Delhivery
- Bluedart (for select locations)
- India Post (for hard-to-reach pin codes)
The shipping partner is selected automatically based on your pin code and product weight to ensure the fastest, safest delivery.
Order modifications
You can modify your shipping address or order details before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.
To request a modification:
- Email care@kayasuddhi.in within 4 hours of placing your order, OR
- WhatsApp our support team at the number listed on our Contact page
Damaged, missing, or delayed orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if damage is visible
- If you've already received it, take photos of the damaged packaging and product within 24 hours and email care@kayasuddhi.in
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
If you receive the wrong product:
- Email us within 48 hours with photos of the product received
- We'll arrange a free pickup and send the correct product, or refund you
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline:
- First check the tracking link
- If there's been no movement for 5+ days, email us at care@kayasuddhi.in with your order number
- We will coordinate with the shipping partner and update you within 2 working days
Address requirements
Please ensure your delivery address is:
- Complete and correct, including landmark, building/flat number, pin code, and an active phone number
- Reachable during business hours — couriers typically deliver between 10 AM and 7 PM
Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refused COD may result in the order being returned to us. In that case:
- For prepaid orders: we will refund the order amount minus shipping and handling costs
- For COD orders: we may decline future COD orders to that address
Public holidays and exceptions
We do not ship on Sundays and Indian national holidays. Orders placed on those days are processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons (Diwali, Independence Day, regional festivals) shipping may take 1–2 additional working days due to courier load.
