You can cancel a KayaSuddhi order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
When you can cancel

How to cancel
To cancel an order before dispatch:
- Email us at care@kayasuddhi.in with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line, OR
- WhatsApp our support team at the number listed on our Contact page
Please cancel as soon as possible. Orders typically move to "dispatched" status within 1 working day, so the cancellation window can be short.
Refund timeline for cancelled orders

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. The timeline starts from the day we confirm cancellation.
Cancellation by us
We may need to cancel an order in rare situations, including:
- Product unavailability (stockout discovered after order placement)
- Pricing or product description error
- Failure of payment authorisation
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- Inability to ship to the delivery address
- Order quantities beyond reasonable retail volumes
If we cancel an order after payment, we will:
- Notify you immediately by email
- Refund the full amount within 7–10 business days
- Where possible, offer an alternative product or solution
Partial cancellations
For orders with multiple items, you can cancel specific items before dispatch. Email us at care@kayasuddhi.in with your order number and the specific items you want to cancel.
For partial cancellations:
- If the remaining order falls below the free shipping threshold of ₹499, shipping charges may apply on the remaining items
- Refund covers only the cancelled items
Failed COD orders
If you place a COD order and refuse delivery without prior cancellation:
- The order will be returned to us at our cost
- This counts as a customer-initiated return
- We may decline future COD orders to that address
To avoid this, please cancel COD orders before dispatch using the steps above.
