Inside the blend
- Three classical salts: sea salt (samudri namak), black salt (kala namak) and rock salt (sendha namak).
- Warming digestive spices: dry ginger (sonth), black pepper (kali mirch), long pepper (pippali), cumin, black cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf (tejpatra).

How to use
